Does this cosplay come with the armour pieces? I mean the chest and arm piece that have the blue painted on them? Does it also come with the white arm covers?

Hello Lira, no, the cosplay props (like hand armors, wrist armors, chest armors, sword, blade, and the props on hand) are all not included.
