Hello! I was wondering if there was anyway to get this item to me by December 15th? I can order this Wednesday, but I would need it by then. Also, does this come with the necklace as well? Thanks!

If you order the costume now (about 40-50 business days making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late January.
